Sales

Surber’s is a leading home improvement company and growing in the Midwest. Due to our rapid growth we are continually looking for great people to expand our sales force. Canvasser

Surber’s is looking to expand its direct marketing staff. We are seeking representatives to promote our products at different locations to prospective customers. Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a group setting. Management training programs are available. Earn $8-15 per hour plus bonuses and enjoy your work! No experience necessary.

Installers

Advantages to becoming a Surber’s installation contractor is a comprehensive training program, no estimating, no bidding on projects, minimal climbing on ladders, endless job security and the backup of an experienced knowledgeable staff. You must be dependable, reliable, have a positive attitude, take pride in work completed, have the ability to follow system installation instructions, company policy and maintain and further the reputation of Surber’s Inc. Requirements for this position: Must possess experience in the installation of one or more of the following: replacement windows, vinyl and fiber cement siding, exterior aluminum trim, roofing, finish carpentry, or sunroom installation.
